Pause while entering test sales so nobody gets emailed about them. Pauses every opt-in alert (new sales, appointments, inbound leads, RSI, renewals, quits) for everyone. Approved RSI order PDFs still send. Stays paused until you turn it back on.

When a rep submits, the completed F-9 PDF is emailed to everyone checked here. Turn the F9 on for a rep, and pick their F9 manager, in that rep's Settings.
